香辣鸡翅

用料

• 鸡翅尖 适量

做法步骤

1、鸡翅尖冷水下锅，加姜片、料酒，撇去浮沫，控水备用;

2、另起锅烧底油，下入姜蒜末、花椒、干辣椒炒香;

3、下入鸡翅尖翻炒，加生抽、盐、白糖、鸡精调味;

4、最后撒上烧烤料、白芝麻，即可出锅;

5、撒上葱花，炒鸡解馋的香辣鸡翅尖就做好了;
