滑蛋牛肉粥

冬季必喝的广式生滚粥,绵滑浓稠的粥底,有肉有菜也太好喝了吧!

用料- 牛肉 300克
- 姜丝 少许
- 葱花 少许
- 鸡蛋 1个
- 盐 适量
- 胡椒粉 适量
- 生抽 1.5勺
- 蚝油 1勺
- 淀粉水 2勺
1、淘洗干净的大米加入适量盐和油,放冰箱冷冻20分钟,可以让米更快煲开花
2、切好的牛肉加入酱料腌制
3、水和米的比例是20:1,将水先大火煮开,煮开后倒入冷冻好的米,再次煮开后转中火煲25分钟,这时候开盖转大火,边煮边搅拌,防止粘锅
4、煮10分钟后加入牛肉煮10秒钟,打入鸡蛋,放入姜丝和葱花就可以啦
5、入口绵密丝滑,有菜有肉,冬天来一碗这个粥真的太舒服了
