用料- 肉馅 肥瘦
- 干辣椒 好几个
- 蒜 好几瓣
- 生抽 适量
- 姜粉 任
- 料酒 选
- 冬瓜 一块
- 淀粉 少来
- 油 可省
1、整大半斤有肥有瘦猪肉馅直接扔不粘锅里开中小火耐心给它炒熟扒拉散(偏瘦悄悄补点儿油)
2、中途选择性加些姜粉料酒胡椒粉进去给肉增香去怪味
3、确认肉碎挺香挺干松了关火挪一半出去做汤/烧菜,再次开火倒冬瓜块或片顺手淋咕嘟生抽进去给菜上色定底口
4、努力倒腾匀了随手往里拍蒜掰干辣椒增香增色
5、随手翻两下加小半碗水,盖上盖子把瓜瓜咕嘟到自己喜欢的熟度就好了
6、拿不准时间可以焖三五分钟戳块瓜尝尝小心烫,欠火加钟缺啥补啥比如淀粉水盐生老抽什么的
7、确认颜色味道汤汁状态都挺满意了再关火找盘往外挪礼貌性欣赏两圈爱咋吃咋吃那样子
