三鲜米线的做法及配方

想吃,就做了,和小时候吃的味道差不多。喜欢的配菜可随时更换。

用料- 米线 一把
- 青菜 一棵
- 黑木耳 少许
- 豆皮 2小张
- 咸肉 4片
- 西红柿 3片
- 平菇 1朵
- 猪肝 10片
- 猪血 3片
- 豆芽 1小把
- 白胡椒粉 少许
- 料酒 少许
- 盐 适量
- 油 适量
- 姜末 少许
- 葱花 少许
- 淀粉 少许
1、干米线一把。(四川米线)
2、加开水泡发。
3、准备好所有食材,洗干净。猪肝切片用温水淘洗三遍挤干水份,放盐,料酒,白胡椒粉腌制五分钟后再放淀粉。
4、锅热下油,不用太多。
5、咸肉片小火爆香。
6、放西红柿片炒出汁。
7、放姜末炒一会。
8、加水,放干豆皮,干豆腐皮要煮得久一点,所以要先放。
9、平菇是后面加上的,差点忘拍了。
10、水开后放平菇,先煮着。
11、这时候给猪肝裹上淀粉放一边备用。
12、水再开了依次放入:木耳,猪血,豆芽,青菜,煮2分钟左右。
13、下米粉。
14、将猪肝一片片的放下去,再煮上2分钟左右。
15、起锅前加盐和白胡椒粉调味即可。撒上葱花,就可享用。
小贴士配菜随自己喜好添加,难熟的先放。米粉用的四川米粉,耙叽叽那种。猪肝煮久了容易老。
